General Information

Prices include the cost of hair extensions unless otherwise specified.

Removal of previous braids is not included.

I strive to provide high-quality braiding services tailored to your needs. However, the longevity of your braids depends on proper maintenance and your hair texture.

Styles are not guaranteed to last six weeks or longer, as individual results vary depending on hair type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
To maintain your braids:
• Follow the aftercare instructions provided.
• Use products and techniques suitable for your hair texture.
Payments

Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. No spots are held without a deposit.

The deposit is deducted from the total cost of service (not an additional fee).

The remaining balance is due in cash only on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel and reschedule your appointment once.
-
After cancelling, you have 48 hours to reschedule using the same deposit.

If you do not reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you cancel or reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment will be charged 50–75% of the remaining balance.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals

No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service value.

Cancelling after the appointment start time counts as a No-Show.

Please notify me if you’ll be late. A short grace period applies, but if time does not allow, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Agreement
By booking an appointment and checking the required box, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to this Policy in full.
