The picture is Medium Full Waist Length! (Body Wave Texture) Style LAST UP TO 12 WEEKS. Bundles of high quality tangle free human hair will be provided with this service. If you want the curls fuller than the prices listed below it’ll be an extra $120. Message me for the type of curls (Burmese, deep wave, body wave, etc) Small Bora Bora CA$1200 Small Full CA$800 Small Light CA$700 Med Full CA$725 Med Light CA$650 Med Bora Bora CA$900 This style lasts up to 9 weeks with proper maintenance. Mid-back length / bra length is included in the prices. Waist length will be an extra $150 Butt length will be an extra $200 A Deposit of $225 is required for this style
Cancellation Policy
General • Prices include the cost of hair extensions only if specified on the service; otherwise hair is additional. • Removal of previous braids is not included unless booked. • Longevity depends on hair type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Follow the aftercare provided during session. Deposits & Payments • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. No spots are held without a deposit. • The deposit is applied to your final service total (it is not an extra fee). • Remaining balance is due on the day of service (CASH ONLY). E-transfer will be an additional 5% on the remaining balance. • If you book online by card, you authorize Wix/processor to store your payment method for this booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule once using the same deposit if you do so 48 hours after cancelling. • If you do not reschedule within 48 hours after cancelling, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required. • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment may be charged 50–75% of the remaining balance (based on time, service length, and lost slot). • A second cancellation/reschedule requires a new deposit. Late Arrivals & No-Shows • Please message if you’ll be late. A short grace period may apply when the schedule allows. • Arriving 30+ minutes late without prior notice counts as a No-Show. • No-Shows are charged 100% of the service value and the deposit is forfeited. Bringing Your Own Hair (if allowed) • Hair must be salon-quality (no plastic-feeling fiber). Incorrect length/quality can lead to refusal of service. Hair must be dropped off 2 days prior to appointment. • Custom color blending incur an additional fee. Card-on-File Authorization (for online card bookings) • By booking, you authorize BraidsArt_byO to charge the payment method on file for applicable late-cancellation fees, no-show fees, and any outstanding balance according to this Policy. This authorization applies to the original appointment and any rescheduled date for the same service. Agreement • By completing your booking (checking the required box), you confirm you have read, understand, and agree to this Policy, including the non-refundable deposit, timelines, and potential fees.
