Service Description
Wig preparation is crucial for a flawless, natural-looking install. Please read carefully: What you need to know: • Clients are required to bring their own wig or purchase one from our brand. • Wigs must be HD lace transparent for the best, most seamless results. • My installation method is designed specifically for human hair wigs — synthetic wigs are not recommended, as they will not achieve the same natural and long-lasting finish. • Clients interested in a wig installation must contact me for a consultation prior to booking. This ensures we can choose the best approach for your desired look and the health of your hair. Wig Preparation Service — $100 To achieve the most natural, flawless look, your wig needs to be properly prepared before installation. • Wig preparation is an extra service that must be done prior to installation. • If you choose not to book the preparation service, you are responsible for preparing your wig yourself — please note that skipping this step can result in a less natural finish. ✨ Why choose a wig? A properly installed, custom-prepared human hair wig can restore confidence, comfort, and a natural appearance during treatment and recovery.
Cancellation Policy
General • Prices include the cost of hair extensions only if specified on the service; otherwise hair is additional. • Removal of previous braids is not included unless booked. • Longevity depends on hair type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Follow the aftercare provided during session. Deposits & Payments • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. No spots are held without a deposit. • The deposit is applied to your final service total (it is not an extra fee). • Remaining balance is due on the day of service (CASH ONLY). E-transfer will be an additional 5% on the remaining balance. • If you book online by card, you authorize Wix/processor to store your payment method for this booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule once using the same deposit if you do so 48 hours after cancelling. • If you do not reschedule within 48 hours after cancelling, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required. • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment may be charged 50–75% of the remaining balance (based on time, service length, and lost slot). • A second cancellation/reschedule requires a new deposit. Late Arrivals & No-Shows • Please message if you’ll be late. A short grace period may apply when the schedule allows. • Arriving 30+ minutes late without prior notice counts as a No-Show. • No-Shows are charged 100% of the service value and the deposit is forfeited. Bringing Your Own Hair (if allowed) • Hair must be salon-quality (no plastic-feeling fiber). Incorrect length/quality can lead to refusal of service. Hair must be dropped off 2 days prior to appointment. • Custom color blending incur an additional fee. Card-on-File Authorization (for online card bookings) • By booking, you authorize BraidsArt_byO to charge the payment method on file for applicable late-cancellation fees, no-show fees, and any outstanding balance according to this Policy. This authorization applies to the original appointment and any rescheduled date for the same service. Agreement • By completing your booking (checking the required box), you confirm you have read, understand, and agree to this Policy, including the non-refundable deposit, timelines, and potential fees.
