About
My braiding Journey
Ophelie is a junior Geotechnical engineer who works full-time in Nanaimo. She has a degree in civil engineering from the University of Calgary. In her spare time, Ophelie provides amazing braids and hairstyles to the community. She pays attention to the smallest details, including color blending, neatness, and speed, without ever feeling rushed. She is a Godsend to Nanaimo as she is the best braider in town with a unique style and the ability to work with all hair textures. Ophelie is changing the braiding game in Nanaimo by promoting diversity and breaking the barrier of cultural appropriation. She believes that everyone can be beautiful with whatever style they prefer, as long as it makes them happy.
